Return Policy

Original Art: All sales are final.

Cancelled Order Policy: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. As prints and frames are made-to-order, if the products have already been made we will not be able to cancel your order. To cancel an order you must contact me. All approved cancelled orders will be refunded minus a 3% cancellation fee based on the total amount of your purchase.

Art Prints: Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the delivery. We do not offer refunds however you can return an Art Print for an exchange only. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the delivery, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.

Oversized Print Frames: All sales are final. As all frames are custom made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for frames. But if you have issues please contact me.

Exchange requirements: The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange: Product must be in original packaging. Product must not be damaged. In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Proof of purchase: To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange. Sale and clearance items: Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged. Shipping items: In order to return an order, you must contact us first. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to exchange. Once an exchange is approved you will be emailed a return shipping label to return your item(s). We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange. All exchanges and approved returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to contact us concerning any matter relating to this Refund Policy, you may do so here.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact me. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
