Romantasy readers: do yourself a favor and go read this book!!! I loved it. It was unique, it was unpredictable at times and it I cannot wait for the next in the series!

So we have to learn to cook because the cabin is in a rural area with very limited food options and to help with that, I got us an InstantPot!! We are loving it so far! Do you have any favorite recipes to share?

Speaking of the InstantPot, I made excellent basmati rice in it and that in itself felt like a win but I used it to make my favorite rice from a greek restaurant (Tazikis) that I worked at in high school. It's super easy to make and SO delish!!

While gathering all of my art supplies to bring to Oregon, I decided to bring my giant set of oil pastels that I literally have never used before and I am enjoying them so much! I've been doing some quick sketches with them. 

Taylor wanted me to share one of his things he's loving: He decided to up his iphone photography game and got this little VND filter (you have to use this phone case with it) and it really makes your photos and videos look WAY more professional and like you used an actual camera.

Since I don't have my regular studio set up at the cabin, I needed to find a way to record myself painting and decided to get 2 of these little phone mounts that can stick to any flat surface and they are working like a charm!!
