Laurie Anne Land: November 2025

    Welcome to my favorite month!
We’re back in Phoenix and slowly settling into the rhythm of life here again. After the most wonderful five months in Oregon, I already miss our little neighborhood and those slow summer days by the water. It truly felt like such a gift of a season, and I’m already dreaming about many more summers there.
That said, it feels really good to be home—back to our supper club, book club, and all the little routines that make this season feel familiar again. My goal this season is to master a really good soup that I can make and feed to others haha!
Oh, and one more thing—my Black Friday Sale starts November 3rd!! It’s my biggest sale of the year (25% off!!!), so mark your calendar and don’t miss it!

What I'm Loving

Taylor really wanted me to share his rain jacket! He got this for our PNW life and loves it.
The chocolate bar that has a stronghold on me right now.
My friend Jono just released a home decor book!! Jono is an incredible interior designer and I am honored that he has some of my art in his home! Very excited for him with this book!!
Soup season is here!! An easy chicken noodle soup we have made a couple times - we used orzo last time and preferred that! Tip: make the orzo separately so it doesn’t soak up all your broth! A white chicken chili that looks realllllly good and I plan on it making ASAP! And Reeve’s fave stew she has on repeat these days!
Y’all, I love reading. If I could make a career out of reading books and talking about them all day, I totally would. It’s funny because as a kid, I thought reading was boring—just another school thing. Boy, was I wrong! Lately I’ve been re-reading all the Sarah J. Maas books, and I’m obsessed all over again. If you like romance, you have to try romantasy (that magical mix of romance + fantasy). It’s got all the emotion and all the adventure—basically, the best of both worlds. It’s my favorite genre these days and I can’t get enough! Have you read anything good lately? Tell me in the comments—I’m always looking for my next read!
For those who are not into Romantasy but like action and just a really good story, might I suggest the Red Rising series!! It is SO good! Getting Taylor to read is like pulling teeth and he is on book 2 of this series and really enjoying it!!
Taylor and I just finished The Diplomat Season 3 on Netflix and it ended on a huge cliffhanger!!! Can't wait for the next season! Very good show!

A Favorite Follow: Lauren Schumacher
I met Lauren at a dinner party where we were sat next to each other and had a wonderful time! After following her on IG, it turns out she is basically the Millennial Martha Stewart. Lauren hosts dinners and workshops regularly and they are always gorgeous and no detail is left behind!! If you love Nancy Meyers vibes, you are in good company.

My Biggest Sale of the year!
My biggest sale of the year starts November 3rd—and I couldn’t be more excited!! 🎉
You’ll get 25% off all art prints, including framed prints. It’s the perfect time to finally fill that wall you’ve been putting off (for months… maybe even years 😅). I’m guilty of this too!
Or stock up on a few smaller prints for holiday gifts—because art makes such a meaningful present.
